How the Money Helps
Each year the Virgin Islands Lottery makes significant financial contributions to the local government and community organizations. The Virgin Islands Lottery generates money that helps a broad array of causes. Revenue collected from the lottery has a positive effect on the community.
For example, a few of the major programs it benefits include:
$1.5 Million went to the Education Initiative Fund, which goes towards funding various progams within the public schools.
