The raffle deadline is February 11 at 11 pm. Must submit a full sheet to qualify, and specify for which island you want attend the concert.

The raffle drawing will be held on February 12th in the morning. The winners will be contacted by email to claim their prize. Please be sure to bring your ticket, government issued id and winners email to the VI Lottery Office by February 14th to claim your concert ticket.
